Below are some examples of mental health disorders and symptoms.

TYPES OF MENTAL ILLNESSES
Here are some common mental illnesses & symptoms
COPING WITH STRESS
Three main tips to effectively cope with stress!
GO OUTSIDE!
Along with taking appropriate safety measures, go outside! Listen to your favourite music or call a friend to keep yourself occupied. You can walk or go on a jog or just stand on your porch, but make sure to get fresh air regularly. It's hard to stay inside all the time, and it certainly isn't healthy either. Going outside naturally gives your brain a break and relieves it of stress! You need air and sunlight, make sure to give your body what it needs when you can!

ENGAGE IN YOUR FAVOURITE ACTIVITIES!
Try to take time everyday for yourself! Unwind by doing your favourite activities. Your preferred hobbies can really bring you peace and satisfaction, and get rid of stress! Also, try to push yourself to discover new interests and hobbies! It's always a good thing to get yourself out there and step out of your comfort zone! Use the opportunities you have and gain experience!
OVERALL HEALTH
Take care of your physical, cognitive, spiritual, and emotional health as well! Try to focus on all parts of your body and what your body needs! All the different states of well-being that make you the way you are are all interconnected! Adding in a bit of physical activity, meditation, activities like reading that exercise the brain and more, are some ways you can work towards improving your overall well-being! Eating healthy and nutritious food intuitively is also very important!

FIND TIME FOR WHAT YOU LOVE!
Have me-time for yourself! Partake in activities you enjoy, draw, read a book, play some music, take a walk, bake, have a spa day, whatever it is you enjoy doing as a hobby! Stay connected with the people you care about! Discover new skills and interests that you never thought you would enjoy! Do a favour for yourself by doing something that brings a smile onto your face!

Growth Mindset vs. Fixed Mindset
A growth mindset allows you to think optimistically, and leads you to believe that resilience and dedication! You push yourself to think outside of the box, and always strive for improvement! ✅
On the other hand, a fixed mindset is when you have a stubborn belief that your skills and abilities cannot be improved upon or developed upon. You simply don't take risks as you think it isn't worth it. ❌
A growth mindset is the way to go! ✅✅✅
Challenge yourself constantly, and open yourself up to new potential learning experiences! Trust the process and yourself, and learn, learn and learn! Use every opportunity you get and jump for more, as opportunities are the way to success and satisfaction in life!
