Here’s What We Do

Beyond the Issue chooses a topic per month, that is typically voted upon by our social media followers! Our team does research on the topic, and posts our information to this website. We also give people an opportunity to submit their own creations that speak on the month's chosen issue (for example, pieces of art/poems/original songs/videos etc.)! After taking a look at the submissions to make sure they are appropriate, we upload them along with our team's research. We also set up a poll to determine the most popular submission, and the creator gets a shoutout on our website and Instagram!
